George Nelson's famous Bubble Lamps® were originally designed in 1952 and were produced through the late 1970's. This inventive series features various dimensional shapes in soft white polymer over steel framing. One of the most defining lighting collections in mid-century modern design, it boasts lasting appeal and quality construction. This disk-shaped Saucer Lamp from the series has been reissued by Herman Miller® to its original specifications, using the originacer Lamp from the series has been reissued by Herman Miller® to its original specifications, using the original Howard Miller tooling.
