Wood Side Table/Wine Cabinet from Quintessa Wine Crate

This great handcrafted wine crate has been re-purposed as a free-standing side table and wine rack! Formerly home to 6 bottles of fine wine from Quintessa winery in St Helena/Napa- now lightly sanded and coated with poly urethane to protect and enhance the engravings inside and outside. Note the 'Quintessa' wood burning on lid, inside and side panels! The lid swings up on a simple nail hinge and has a 'thumb' indentation and screw closure on lid with wine bottle keepers slotted in. The bottom has been reinforced with another lid - 'Trilogy' 1986- leg brackets installed and poly coated natural wood parson's legs attached. It measures 22" x 15" x 5" deep finishing at a height of 26.5". And if you'd rather drink your wine than store it, this box makes a great secret storage area for your choice of treasures, the wine keepers are removable. The lid can be removed to use the table as a plant stand or party tray table. The legs are removable and are shipped inside the box but easily reattached upon unpacking.
