Caroline Miguelez is a Los Angeles native living in New York. When she is not working at MSLO, she is a student in the Food Studies program at NYU. Her favorite hobbies are reading, cooking with family and friends, and anything active. Caroline developed a love for food while living with a familiy of five in a one-bedroom treehouse in rural Thailand. Cooking was a way to communicate with her host mom and foster a sense of community, a lesson that she takes with her everywhere she goes.
