Zoe Maya Jones

Zoe Maya Jones is a chef and culinary instructor who was raised in Cancun, Mexico. Her passion for food and sustainable agriculture led her from Mexico to college in Asheville, North Carolina, and then to New York City, where she now resides. Jones teaches cooking classes at Haven’s Kitchen in Chelsea, and at farmers’ markets in Queens. She is also co-owner of a chocolate subscription service, Chellaoui Chocolatier, with her partner Mehdi Chellaoui (you can watch him here, 16 years ago, making crepes suzette with Martha).
