This crostini recipe comes courtesy of Amanda Hesser and Merrill Stubbs, co-authors of "The Food52 Cookbook." It's delicious topped with any one of your favorite cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 3 baguettes

  • Extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut baguettes into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange in a single layer on rimmed baking sheets. Brush with olive oil and bake until golden at edges, 7 to 10 minutes. Let cool.
