Ingredients 1 ½ quarts vanilla ice cream 1 ¾ cups half-and-half ¾ cup Bourbon ¼ cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau 1 tablespoon grated orange zest Grated nutmeg Directions In a blender, combine 1 quart ice cream, half-and-half, Bourbon, orange liqueur, and orange zest.
