Tortellini with Lemon and Brussels Sprouts

With tortellini in the freezer, you always have the base of a great dinner. Try them with your favorite sauce or add to soup.

Cook's Notes

For meat lovers, omit the butter and cook 4 slices bacon in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels, then saute Brussels sprouts in the rendered fat. Top pasta with crumbled bacon.

    I made this almost exactly but omitted lemon zest and fried my sprouts in olive oil and lemon juice. Turned out great!

    This looks delicious! I love Brussel Sprouts too! I have to eat gluten free so I will substitute gf pasta.

    I do make almost all of your recipes. They always come out delicious! I will try the recipe exactly the first time and sometimes substitute the next once I am more confident. Thanks for teaching me how to cook healthy and easy meals for my family. Keep the videos coming!

    Today you asked if we make you recipies or just watch . This is the answer. I make whatever you make, unless it is chiken thighs which my husband wont eat I love what you make, I think you are a hoot and have radically changed how we eat! I tried to get tickets to see you in NYC but by the time I got my act together you were sold out. I am sad when you make cookies because I have to think of wh iat to make for dinner. I keep all your recipies in my ziplist file for the past yr. Thanks TGE

    I have made a number of your recipes and have enjoyed them all. You are so delightful to watch Sarah, and I would give anything to meet you in person. I will be 81 on December 31st, and you are by far my favorite person to watch on my computer. You are as cute as a bugs ear.. Have a great holiday time and all the best in 2014. I live in Canada where right now it is very cold. This is usually what we get in January. You really should have a show on TV. You are the greatest. Loretta.

    For a beginner in learning to eat brussel sprouts, this is very good, but the one with bacon is awesome. Thank you for listening and adding the print icon to the recipes.     My husband loves brussels sprouts so I am going to try this. But what about adding garlic here - for me the obvious omission when it comes to pasta.

    I haven't made this, but I love that brussel sprouts are in it. I love your recipes Sarah! I even make them too:) I don't cook a bunch, but I make yours often when I do because they are straightforward and heavy on the veg. Thank you for a video everyday!
