Easy and delicious. I've done it with ground pork, mild italian sausage and ground turkey. I always add red pepper flakes with the onion because I like the extra spice. Makes great leftovers to bring for lunch the next day- reheats beautifully. Highly recommend.

This recipe is AWESOME!!! Cooked MUCH faster than the recipe said, and I used a bag of pre-washed "mixed greens" (turnip, collards & mustard) instead of swiss chard. I will make AGAIN and AGAIN!! QUICK and EASY!! (the picture that is currently showing up here is NOT the pork & greens skillet pie btw...)
