Sounds like a nice keeper for smoothie lovers I love them and the difference of opinionated-options to create and the best part is therefore is the benefits of all this oatmeal smoothie Iam not big on the ingredients added to the oatmeal and fruits but so much time to make effort for a fresh nice twist in many abundances so.

Are both the rice and oatmeal cooked ahead of time?

I am going to try this... just wanted to know if you cook the oatmeal first? Or just add the uncooked oats in? Thanks =)

This was amazing!!!! Cant wait for my husband to try it since he's a strawberry banana fanatic. I used Activia vanilla yogurt thats 100 calories and the oats are 150 for 1/2 cup and for the liquid i freshly squeezed an orange that gave me a 1/2 cup so the other 1/2 cup of the liquid was just water ! so mine was give or take 250 calories I don't know how people got over 500 calories? Perfect breakfast smoothie.
