    Just made this and it is GREAT! Simple to make and super tasty. I used 5 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning in the soup while cooking. It smells great, looks great, tastes great -- and it's healthy too! It would be easy to multiply for a crowd. And, seems like something that would go well with cornbread. :)
