This is delicious and shockingly easy. Just made the salmon to eat over a spinach salad. Used a cast iron skillet in the broiler instead.

One of the best dishes I've made for a quick weeknight-chicken-alternative-meal. It was VERY easy and VERY quick. It tasted like Miso Salmon from Cheescake Factory! My husband was obsessed with it. Definitely making this again!
