    This was simple and delicious! I used vermouth and fresh garden herbs. definitely a keeper!

    Good recipe! I made a few changes to make it a bit creamer and deeper. Egg wash chicken before coating with flour. After mushrooms have been reduced, added following and reduced: 1 teaspoon ground mustard 1/2 cup cream 1/4 cup chicken stock At the end, I put some fresh parmasian cheese on top.

    This was awesome and easy to make. I left out the wine and added more chicken broth. I used a non-stick skillet but next time I will use a stainless steel pan.

    I have made this several times and my family enjoys it. My fussy mushroom-disliking daughter gets her chicken plain. At my husband‘s request, I leave the wine out and it is still delicious It’s a versatile recipe that works for everyone. It’s quick and easy also-perfect for a weeknight meal

    Great weeknight dinner! I also added garlic. I did find that the prep took longer than listed.

    Fast and easy to prepare. I added 2 cloves garlic to the mushrooms. I also do this recipe and use Marsala wine for a great flavor.

    Simple to make and so tasty! Sauce is flavorful and the dish looks and tastes as though it took much longer to make. If I got it in a restaurant I'd have been quite happy. I don't think it "needs" anything, but I will try with a sprinkle of diced chives or scallions next time for a bit of brightness to compliment the sauce. Wonderful!

    Made this for my girlfriend and while she loved it, I think it tastes a bit light. Garlic would help but I'd rather use something punchier, or maybe dried thyme instead of fresh.

    This one's a keeper. I loved the flavor of the wine sauce, so light and elegant. I added fresh green beans along w the mushrooms to give it some green. Didn't have fresh thyme so I added some fresh basil, dried thyme, and dried rubbed sage. My hubby was very happy w this dish. Looking forward to making it for the in-laws. TY Sarah!
