The cabbage and potatoes go into the oven first in this sheet-pan supper. A meaty salmon fillet flavored with mustard, horseradish, and lemon zest is then roasted atop the vegetables.

Delicious and easy to make! Served with a leafy green salad and bakery bread and it was a beautiful, colorful presentation!

This is my favorite Salmon recipe by far. The red cabbage was wonderful. I cooked the potatoes and cabbage about an hour before I put on the salmon to bake. That way I just had to pop it in the oven when I knew we were ready to eat. I did cook the fish about 17 min because dish had cooled down from being out of the oven. This makes it a wonderful company dish.

This such a simple dish to make. Yet it is still jam packed with flavour. Absolutely loved it.
