Anti-Cancer Smoothie


The powerful ingredients in this smoothie recipe from William Li of the Angiogenesis Foundation's Eat to Defeat Cancer initiative pack a healthy punch, helping to lower your risk of several types of cancer.


  • 2 cups soy milk

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1 pound ripe papaya, peeled, pitted, and cubed

  • 2 bananas, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Ice

  • Sprig of fresh mint, for garnish


  1. Place soy milk, orange juice, papaya, bananas, honey, and ice in the jar of a blender; blend until smooth. Serve garnished with mint.
