We absolutely loved this recipe! I did follow other reviewers' advice and added some mushrooms and shallots. The mustard just made this come alive, and my family would like for me to make it again! Thanks for the idea with wonderful asparagus!

Easy to make, moorish to eat. I used 1.5 tsp Dijon and 0.5 tsp whole grain mustard. Added a few slices mushrooms and a small squeeze of lemon juice. My husband wants me to make it again so a win in this house :)

Very easy and fast. I had a shallot so added that when I sauteed the bacon. Instead of regular pepper, I used a lemon pepper. Topped the dish with a couple of fried eggs and it made for a deluxe breakfast.

This recipe was really easy and very delicious. The bacon and dijon mustard complement the asparagus perfectly!
