1 large acorn squash

2 pounds Broccolini

1 head garlic

2 heads Boston or Bibb lettuce

1 bunch each rosemary, thyme, chives, parsley, and tarragon

4 lemons

1 orange


6 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

1 top round beef roast (3 pounds)


Extra-virgin olive oil

Red-wine vinegar

Dijon mustard

3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Red-pepper flakes

All-purpose flour

Baking powder

Sugars: granulated, confectioners'

Ground cinnamon


Unsalted butter

1 1/4 cups whole milk

1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

6 ounces bocconcini (bite-size fresh mozzarella balls)

4 ounces cheddar

3 large eggs


2 bottles Lambrusco (sparkling red wine)

24 ounces sparkling orange beverage, such as Orangina


Sliced almonds

Golden raisins

Prepared horseradish

1 jar giardiniera (Italian pickled vegetables)

1 jar pimento-stuffed green olives

1 jar cornichons

1 jar pickled onions
