    This is so yummy - I've made it a few times. Tonight I cut the amount of potatos in half, grated a stalk of celery and 1/2 a small zucchini to amp up the veggies - still delish! Comes together in about 15 minutes and you pop it right in the oven. Easy easy and so good!!

    This was great. Even my picky eater went back for more. Very moist and delicious. Wonderful leftover as well. Definitely a keeper.
