I've made this recipe several times and thought it a bit too fussy so I mixed all of the wet and then added the dry. Folding made no difference I just used a whisk. Chilling well allows them to rise beautifully with the characteristic hump.
I watched these made on television. Does the staff have any information on the teapot used in the segment? It was a large, silver teapot with a black handle and square finial. Thank you in advance.
