  • Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. When oil shimmers, add onion and cook until onion becomes translucent. Add turkey and cook, breaking up meat with the side of a spoon, just until meat is cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes.

Really quick and delicious dinner! I doubled the recipe and added a teaspoon of garlic powder and served over rice with toppings. Would recommend!

Nice healthy change. It went together easily. Would like to kick the meat up just a little bit. The chilli powder was not enough. Will make again.
