Sweet-And-Sour Green Cabbage with Bacon

Recipe photo courtesy of Con Poulos

A vinegar and soy sauce dressing gives this cabbage dish a tangy flavor that is only enhanced by salty, crisp bacon.

I absolutely love this recipe! My daughter and I made a double batch for an Oktoberfest side dish. The ingredients are a perfect mix. I was skeptical about adding the soy sauce, but it is a perfect blend. Sweet and savory. Yum! I will definitely make this again!

This is probably the best cabbage recipe ever. The only bad thing about it is I am now addicted to it!

This was very good. I left the bacon in the pan and lightly browned the onion before adding the cabbage. A keeper I will make again.
