Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, oranges)

  • ½ cup chopped, toasted walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Divide yogurt, fruit, and walnuts between two glasses. Drizzle each with 1/2 tablespoon honey.
