My son introduced me to Cuban garlic chicken and I love it’s flavor; so, it was natural for me to latch onto this garlick marinated chicken and I was not surprised that a dish so simple to prepare was so flavorful to eat. I served it with southern collard greens and potato salad and it tasted great. Oh, I forgot to say that I added nothing. It works as it is!

Easy and good! Quick meal to get on the table--just add rice pilaf and sauté broccolini in olive oil.

I am surprised that you said there is no acid in this marinade. Doesn't lemon have an acid component to it?
