Martha has been a trusted source in all things home and hospitality related for more than four decades. Whether you've made a recipe from one of her many cookbooks, or watched her in action on TV, our founder has been a marvel in the food space for years. Despite already building a successful lifestyle brand, Martha is always seeking to expand her business ventures. This spring, she will do so with her first-ever restaurant, The Bedford.

The fully-immersive dining experience—inspired by Martha's famed country farmhouse in Bedford, New York—is set to debut in the Paris Las Vegas in Spring 2022. Designed by our founder herself, The Bedford offers an authentic look into how she lives and entertains in her own home. With 194 seats, the restaurant features thoughtfully appointed décor with a neutral color palette that serves as a perfect backdrop to four seasons of color. "It's a charming restaurant," Martha told People. "It's completely fashioned after the winter house at my farm in Bedford, where I basically live. There's a kitchen, a dining room, a brown room, a green room—it's very similar in the finishes of my home, and the furnishings are all kind of replicas of a very familiar space to many, many, many Americans."

As for the food, Martha and her team of culinary experts are developing delicious and seasonally-inspired dinner, weekend brunch, and holiday menus that feature exceptional quality and creativity. Guests should anticipate signature menu items that are created from seasonal, high-quality ingredients sourced from various local purveyors, and some of our founder's favorite, including the Las Vegas Farmers Market, Dartagnan Inc., Urbani Truffles, Roe Caviar, Frog Hollow Farm, Jasper Hill Farm, and Vermont Creamery.

The restaurant is situated in Paris Las Vegas, a casino hotel that features more than 2,900 recently renovated guest rooms and suites, a two-acre pool, unique shopping, and restaurants with a distinctive array of fine cuisine. "I've been going to Vegas for a very long time," Martha told People. "My niece got married there, one of my best friends got married there, I decorated the Bellagio for Christmas when Steve Wynn first opened it, have done many events there for Michael Milken on his prostate cancer foundation. So I'm pretty familiar with the rise and popularity of Las Vegas. And I'm thrilled our restaurant will be a part of its growing food scene."
