According to Us Weekly, the duo is in full planning mode—and their big day is reportedly just a few months away. "Ariana and Dalton's wedding will happen in early summer," an insider told the outlet. "They have been looking at venues in a few different cities, but are most likely choosing California."

Despite Ariana's career in the spotlight, she and Dalton will stay true to their private, laid-back lifestyle on the big day, notes the source. It will be a "very small and intimate affair," the insider explained, adding that "nothing will officially happen until it's safe" due to the looming COVID-19 pandemic.

A short engagement was essential for the pair; they can't wait to become husband and wife as soon as possible, says the insider. They are "beyond obsessed with each other" and spend "almost all their time together." The bond they share has been especially meaningful to the singer's loved ones. "He loves to dote on her [and] he just makes her really happy. All of Ariana's friends and family love him for her," the source said.

The fact that they have developed their relationship out of the public eye is something the entertainer cherishes, added another source. "Ariana is beyond excited. She has really enjoyed getting to know and falling in love with Dalton out of the spotlight, something she didn't get to do in her past relationships," a source previously told Us Weekly.
