While the couple is undoubtedly excited for this milestone anniversary on April 29, 2011, Queen Elizabeth is, too—and she's reportedly planning a special surprise to honor the Duchess of Cambridge, specifically, the Daily Mail reports. They did, however, thank their fans for their support on Instagram with a sweet caption and wedding photo to match.
