Check out these unshared snapshots from the happy duo's cruise ship ceremony.
Brad Goreski and his longtime love, Gary Janetti, are married! The celebrity stylist and the TV writer and producer tied the knot on a cruise ship on Tuesday, during a trip to the Caribbean.
Goreski announced the news on Instagram, and revealed that the wedding was very intimate. "We're married!" he wrote, alongside a photo of him and his dapper groom. "After over 16 years together @garyjanetti and I finally tied the knot aboard the @seabourncruise Sojourn with our close family in attendance! We couldn't be happier!"
Goreski's rep told us exclusively that the grooms, wearing custom Isaia suits, walked down the aisle to a Bach concerto, played by Janetti's violinist brother-in-law. Janetti personally created the ceremony, officiated by the ship's captain, Tim Roberts, by piecing together different readings. After saying "I do,"the newlyweds exchanged wedding rings by David Yurman and then kicked off the reception with a champagne toast and dancing.
Following the fish dinner and wedding cake (a fresh Victoria sponge confection with berries and cream!), the couple felt particularly grateful, they said. "We are so excited to finally be making it official after 16 years," the couple told People. "Having our families celebrate with us in such a beautiful surrounding was everything we wanted it to be."
The duo's nuptials were a long time in the making-Goreski and Janetti's wedding took place three years after they first became engaged. "We've already been together for 13 and a half years, so there's really no rush to get it done," Goreski told E! News at the time of the proposal. "But I'm really excited to marry the man I love. It's a great thing. I never thought that that would be a possibility. It's such a cool thing."
