The "Sorry" singer is the latest celebrity to get in on the male engagement ring trend.

Less than a week after Justin Bieber presented Hailey Baldwin with a pear-cut engagement ring, the model has officially returned the favor. According to a People report, the singer and his fiancé stepped into Pristine Jewelers in New York City, where Baldwin bought her future husband his very own diamond-encrusted engagement ring. The band's special feature? It's engraved with the groom's initials.

The bride-to-be also did some shopping for herself. She reportedly scooped up another personalized ring, complete with the word "baby." It's possible that the ring is an homage to Bieber's hit single-one of the biggest songs in his early career. To celebrate Baldwin's purchases, Pristine Jewelers' owner shared a photo of the couple on Instagram. "Congrats to the new power couple on their engagement," he wrote.

Though the image doesn't show off the model's own sparkler-her left hand is clenched-Bieber did recently speak out about where he sourced his future wife's diamond. The singer tweeted at Solow & Co., a third-generation diamond manufacturer also based in New York City, with the simple phrase, "Thank you." The company affirmed Bieber's message with a tweet of their own, complete with an image of Baldwin's engagement ring: "Congrats @justinbieber @haileybaldwin on a spectacular design collab In honor of the young couples engagement SOLOW & CO. is proud to mark the occasion w a $5K donation to Hailey's charity of choice, the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Fund."

Now that Bieber has joined Baldwin in wearing some bling, it's clear that the male engagement ring trend has officially infiltrated the celebrity sphere. The musician certainly isn't the first to hop on this bandwagon. Following his engagement to longtime girlfriend Cherry Seaborn, Ed Sheeran was spotted wearing a silver band at a London concert. When his fans speculated that the singer had already tied the knot, he set the record straight. "I never saw why men didn't wear engagement rings. It's the same commitment either way," Sheeran told a Lorraine reporter. "Cherry made it for me herself out of silver clay. I really like it."
