Jessica Biel Wrote Justin Timberlake the Sweetest Birthday Message
Justin Timberlake may have spent his birthday preparing for his upcoming Super Bowl performance, but that didn't stop Jessica Biel from showing her husband the love on Instagram. The Sinner actress posted a throwback photo of the duo wrapped in each other's arms, along with a heartfelt message. "A picture says a thousand words. And thank goodness because there aren't enough to express all the aspects of my love and respect for you," she wrote.
"Here's to a spectacular year ahead. I'm so proud of all you've accomplished and all that is ahead for you," Biel continued. "Plus you're a super hot dad. A ninja dad. A kiddie teeth brushing, Jedi sleep mind tricking, intimidating dad voice disciplining SUPER HOT DAD." The actress is clearly proud of her beau, and said that she can't wait to see him perform his halftime show this weekend: "I'm here, right by your side, OG fan girl #1. Happy birthday, my beloved. Now go crush it this weekend at SB LII."
The "Mirrors" singer is just as supportive of his wife's endeavors. "I know I'm not exactly fair and maybe biased here, but it's like nothing I've seen her in before, and she's incredible in the role," he wrote on Instagram, of his wife's complex performance in The Sinner. When asked if Timberlake was scared off by her character's dark, intense story line, Biel said that he'd "been in the know for a long time." "I don't think he was scared [of me], because he's been along with me this whole journey," she told Entertainment Tonight.
Timberlake's birthday fell a few months after the couple's fifth wedding anniversary, which they celebrated back in October 2017. To honor his wife, the "Man of the Woods" singer posted a video of he and his band singing Leon Russell's 1970 ballad "A Song For You," the song the couple chose for thier first dance. "Today is even more special for me because five years ago, on this day, I became the luckiest man in the world when I exchanged vows with my best friend. This song was our first dance," Timberlake wrote on Instagram. "To my beautiful @jessicabiel: You have taught me so much about what a true love means. I can't put into words what these last five years have meant to me."
