A fairy tale look for a fairy tale wedding.

Although Pippa Middleton made it clear she and husband James Matthews neither wanted nor expected a royal wedding, there's no doubt that between her Giles Deacon wedding dress and gorgeous accessories, the bride looked every bit the fairy tale princess. And the latest detail to catch our eye? That gorgeous tiara custom-made by Robinson Pelham.

True to form, Pippa selected a piece that Robinson Pelham cofounders Zoe Benyon and Vanessa Chilton described as "radiating romance," according to Vogue. They also acknowledged the importance of ensuring any accessories complemented the bride's incredible wedding dress, rather than trying to steal the spotlight. "It's all about balance," Benyon said. "You do not want the dress and tiara to fight, so one has to take a back seat."

Better yet, it turns out the maidenhair fern tiara and matching headpiece, which were both created with diamonds and 18-karat white gold, were tailored to Pippa herself. "Tiaras are like sunglasses," Benyon added. "Not every one suits every shape of face." The designer then went on to offer more insight into the art of pairing face shapes and tiaras-suggesting low-height tiaras for slimmer faces and taller options for women with strong cheekbones. Noted!

In any case, Pippa certainly found the right tiara for her look! It's clear the bride knew she was in good hands after Robinson Pelham put their skill to use crafting Kate Middleton's acorn and oak leaf earrings for the royal's wedding six years ago. They also created the pear-cut drop style earrings Pippa wore that day, and donned again last weekend as her "something old."
