Stars, they're just like us—they love weddings as much as we do.

It's pretty exciting to see celebrities do the things we all do regularly. High on that list? Stars attending weddings. Whether it's for the over-the-top nuptials of castmates or the intimate ceremonies of childhood friends, our favorite stars always show up to support their loved ones on the biggest days of their lives. But it's still a little outrageous to picture Beyoncé by an open bar or shimmying on the dance floor, isn't it?
As unlikely as that image may seem, Beyoncé, along with a long list of other celebrities, did attend weddings this year. A few on this roster took it a step further and served as bridesmaids and groomsmen for those they love most. The Vampire Diaries actress Nina Dobrev stood beside her close friend, Julianne Hough, as she exchanged vows with Brooks Laich. Even the Duchess of Cambridge herself attended a wedding in 2017—although, she couldn't exactly skip her sister Pippa's nuptials! Our favorite guest of the year, though, might have been The Late Late Show host James Corden. He showed up to Chris Hardwick's "cowboy formal" affair in a cowboy costume—talk about following the dress code.
While many of our favorite stars showed up to weddings on their own, several brought along famous plus-ones. In August, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez got dressed up to attend the nuptials of a mutual friend. Kristen Stewart and her girlfriend, Stella Maxwell, also showed up to a celebration together—albeit, unintentionally. The couple accidentally crashed a fan's reception, but quickly became friends with the brides. Click through to see our complete list of 2017's best celebrity wedding guests.
