Did Candice Swanepoel's Safari-Themed Baby Shower Double as a Name Reveal?
Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel sure knows how to model a round belly, and as it turns out, her party-planning skills aren't too shabby either.
The soon-to-be-mom and fiancée of Brazilian model Hermann Nicoli is known for beautifully embracing her pregnancy, and her soft and sweet baby shower fell perfectly on-theme.
Honoring her home country of South Africa, the cover girl hosted a safari-themed soirée complete with plush toys, cartoon animals, and adorable treats.
The event was decorated by Brazilian party-planning service mparaiso, and the heavily blue and inviting room could inspire the dreamiest of nurseries. But a certain detail hiding in the décor has everyone gushing about something else entirely-the potential name of her incoming baby boy.
Hanging above the event's confectionery spread was a big, bubble-lettered banner with the word "Anacã," which according to Vogue Brazil's Instagram, is both the name of an Amazonian bird and "the name chosen by the couple for the firstborn."
While Swanepoel hasn't confirmed, we're all for the meaningful designation. Best of luck to the expecting couple, and fingers crossed for more celebratory baby bump snapshots.
