To honor this eventful year, we've taken a look back on the best celeb wedding moments of 2016, and looked forward to possible celebrity engagements of 2017. We also can't help but think of all the stunning weddings that took place this year—especially the ones we have featured in our magazine pages and on our site.
As we're sure you know, we also love running these amazing images on our Instagram page (and if you don't, you should definitely follow us to check them out!). That's why, to celebrate the past year, we went back and reminisced over every image we shared. Of all the wedding pictures we have featured in the past 365 days, there are some unbelievably beautiful shots that stood out on our Instagram feeds. Not only do these wedding photos tell the story of the couples and their momentous days, but thanks to you, they also got lots of love through likes and comments. So this year, we rounded up the most popular real weddings photos on Instagram—a.k.a. the most-double-tapped snaps of 2016. Take a spin through the gallery, and if you like what you see, be sure to check out the wedding photographers who captured them. Warning—you will be inspired after viewing these pretty pictures.
