Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are very open about their relationship, much to the joy of their many fans. They've shared the story of their first date, how they fell in love, and more, and are constantly warming our hearts with the kind words they say about each other. Now, Lively's sharing why their marriage is so strong.

On Good Morning America, the actress was asked if it's helpful that the spouses are in the same industry. "In general, yeah, it's nice to have somebody who understands what you're doing," she shared. "Especially because our job is so weird-we have to, you know, like, be married to other people, and it's all so strange. It's still strange. It's never normal, even when we're both doing it," she added.

In fact, acting has saved them from a lot of awkward conversations. "But it's helpful to know that like, oh, when you're acting like you're in a relationship with someone, that that's not actually what's happening," she explained. "Because I have friends who are married to people who aren't in the business, and they're like, 'Oh, so you're not actually making love in that scene?' And I'm like, 'No, no, no, no, definitely not, no.' So yeah, those elements are helpful," she laughed.

On a different note, Lively shared that she doesn't keep tabs on her husband's social media shenanigans as much as we previously thought. "Everybody's always asking me about it, and I say, 'Oh my god, he said what?'" After acknowledging that "he's so funny," she joked about needing "a lot of therapy."
