The Adorable Ways Lauren Bushnell and Ben Higgins Show They Love Each Other
Plus, more details on their wedding!
Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell of Bachelor season 20 prove that it's the little gestures that count the most when it comes to their relationship. The former flight attendant gushed to US Weekly about her future hubby, who always makes sure she knows much he loves her. "He shows his love through verbal communications," she said. "There's not a day that goes by that [I don't] a) know he loves me and b) have all his support and know he's my biggest fan."
Lauren sends the love right back to Ben in her own way. Even though she's not a morning person, Lauren says, "I've been getting up extra early and making him breakfast. I can tell that he really appreciates it, so getting up early, I'll have the coffee made, I put his mug out and I make him breakfast in the morning, and I'm not a morning person so that's, like, a big step for me." Now that is true love!
The bride- and groom-to-be are currently filming their new show Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After, and at this point are pretty accustomed to life in front of the camera. "It's our life in Denver," Lauren said of the show. "It's us going through the ups and downs of any relationship." Another moment Ben and Lauren are hoping the Bachelor producers capture? Their wedding! "Hopefully we'll have cameras there, so it could, kind of, not only document the fun aspects of it for us later in life, cause we're gonna watch it back, but also for our fans and for Bachelor nation," Lauren revealed.
The couple have decided on a general location, but "wedding plans are pretty much at the start."
"We haven't set a date," Lauren said. "We definitely started talking about it more, and I think we both agreed that August we actually want to sit down and start planning, so that includes setting a date, that includes the place. We have been throwing around some locations, and I think we've narrowed it down to the area that we want to get married. We're thinking 2017."
