Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson just celebrated their one-year dating anniversary, but their romantic getaway to Saint Tropez may have been in honor of another big relationship milestone. While on vacation, the couple was spotted sporting matching bands on their ring fingers. As soon as the images of Delevingne, 26, and Benson, 29, surfaced, fans took to Twitter in a frenzy with guesses that the duo is engaged. Although neither one has confirmed an engagement, many think their new gold bands hint at a wedding.

Speculation that the couple was dating began in August 2018, but Delevingne and Benson didn't confirm their relationship until June 2019. The model took to social media to share a clip of the two of them shortly before confirming their relationship while attending the TrevorLIVE NY gala. At the event, Delevingne was honored with The Trevor Project's Hero Award for her support of the project's mission of ending suicide among youth in the LGBTQ+ community, People notes.

In her acceptance speech she told the audience, "'I also have another very special woman in this room to thank and you know who you are. She's one of the people who helped me love myself when I needed it most and I really needed it. She showed me what real love is and how to accept it, which is a lot harder than I thought,'" according to Entertainment Tonight.

After the event the model opened up about why she decided to take the couple's relationship public on social media prior to the gala. Delevingne told E! News, "'I don't know because it is Pride, it's been 50 years since Stonewall happened and I don't know. It's been just about our one year anniversary so, why not?'"
