4 Heartwarming Wedding Moments Winter Storm Jonas Couldn't Even Stop
On Saturday, January 23, Winter Storm Jonas made history as one of the largest East Coast snowstorms on record. But the soon-to-be-wed couples didn't let the snow stop them. Instead, they embraced it!

For any bride, severe weather is an absolute nightmare. For Type-A brides, even more so. But this bride and groom, who tied the knot Saturday at Brooklyn Winery in New York City, pulled off a magical, memorable day with the help of seasoned pros, loyal family and friends, and wedding photographer Sean Gallery, who captured the snowy shot seen above. Buzzfeed documented their entire day.

A D.C.-area couple wanted to take their engagement photos in the snow, and Saturday, they got their wish! They drove to Fort Meade, Maryland, where photographer Dotun Ayodeji shot beautiful portraits in the blizzard. "We were like kids playing in the snow," bride-to-be Felicia Sam told ABC News. "We threw snow balls at each other. We actually had a lot of fun." Love!

Mark Rosmann was planning to propose to his girlfriend, Courtney Dunham, in front of the White House, and he didn't let the weather deter him. After all, his bride-to-be had recently overcome a different battle: cancer. "She's finally got the all clear a few days and as we had weathered the storm of cancer, I thought we could weather the snow," Rosmann told Daily Mail.

When this Pennsylvania bride hoped for a bit of pretty snow on her wedding day, she didn't anticipate this! But despite the two feet of snow and guests canceling, the two said "I do"-and their photographer, Jeffrey Sabotta, got some fab photos in the process. "It was not what we planned for the day, but I couldn't be any happier at this moment," the groom told Sabotta.
