Joe Jonas Revealed His and Sophie Turner's Wedding Date
The couple will tie the knot this summer.
Nick Jonas' wedding to Priyanka Chopra slightly overshadowed his brother Joe's own intentions to wed-but now that Nick and Priyanka's nuptials have passed, the recently-reunited Jonas Brothers are finally focusing on their next family event: Joe's wedding to Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner. In a recent interview with on James Corden's The Late Late Show, Joe opened up about his and his fiancée's upcoming wedding plans.
Joe also told Corden about a possible wedding activity that will get both sides of the family involved in their big day. "You know, her family's all from England-I figured I'm marrying well. I thought for the first time I'd be marrying into a family where I'd become a soccer fan, like a football fan, like find my allegiance for a team. So her whole family doesn't like football; they like rugby. So now I have to figure that out," he said. "We're going to have a flag rugby game at the wedding and a flag football game. So if all the groomsmen show up with black eyes and broken arms, I'll be very proud."
Being the only one of three who's still not married, Joe admitted that he's has learned a lot from wedding planning from his brothers-including what not to do. Joe also used the interview as an opportunity to poke fun at his brothers' weddings, even taking a jab at Nick for his two ceremonies. "[I learned] mostly things not to do," he said. "They were both absolutely beautiful. All 18 of Nick's were amazing," he joked. "For Kevin, Kevin had a snowstorm during his wedding, which was fantastic. So maybe don't get married in December. And for Nick, there were quite a few but I would say stick to one. One and done."
