False Lashes How-To

Enhancing your lids is as easy as one, two, three. Follow these steps to achieve an essential eye 'do.
1. Start at the Outside
First, curl lashes. Then grasp one Andrea Perma-Lash Flare (sallybeauty.com) with pointed tweezers. Dip it in lash glue; wiggle it into the outer edge of your lash line; release.
2. Stop Before the Inside
Continue adding lashes until you reach the inner curve of the iris. "That's where your natural lash line ends," says Brigitte Reiss-Andersen, a makeup artist in New York City.
3. Seal the Deal
Let glue set for 10 minutes, then apply Neutrogena Healthy Volume Waterproof Mascara (find it at drugstores) to blend your natural and faux fringe. Makeup remover will take it all off.
