Chris Pratt Made a Sexy Mixtape for Wife Anna Faris—and She Was Not Into It!
It turns out Anna Faris isn't a fan of Chris Pratt's DJ skills-at least, not in the bedroom. Pratt, who's still on the road promoting his latest film, Guardians of the Galaxy, stopped by The Late Show this week and it sounds like Stephen Colbert may have learned a little more than he intended. Because the movie itself is so well known for its emphasis on soundtrack, Colbert asked Pratt if he'd ever made his own mixtapes for friends or family.
"I did once," Pratt shared, according to E! News, explaining he'd put one together for his brother. "It was a bunch of songs that just worked. I knew they would conjure up the same memories and they'd be sentimental for him the way they were for me and so meaningful." The effort was so successful, Pratt started to consider himself "the mixtape guy." Unfortunately, his next foray into the world of playlist-making a mixtape for wife Anna Faris-didn't go so well.
"I was thinking in my head, this is going to be our love making mix, you know? And the first song I put was Al Green," the actor explained. "She was kind of looking at me and I could tell right away big miss. She was like, 'Who are you? You don't listen to Al Green. What are you trying to pull? We're already married, it's cool.' That was the first and only song we got through and I threw it away. I was so embarrassed."
Later, Pratt explained he thought he'd picked a song with the wrong tempo, and joked that what he probably should have chosen was EDM. It's okay, Chris, we all make mistakes! And this one pretty much just reminded us how much we love this real life funny couple, whether they're cracking jokes or just being straight up endearing.
