Miranda Kerr and Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel Are Married
Everything came up roses.
Congratulations to Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel! The supermodel and her Snapchat founder fiancé tied the knot Saturday in an intimate wedding at their Los Angeles home together–and the celebration's details sound pretty incredible.
Although the guest list included no more than 40 or 50 attendees, according to People, it sounds like the newlyweds spared no expense for their big day. "For a small wedding, it has been a huge production," a source shared. "The wedding and reception are intimate, but lavish and classy. Miranda has been very involved. She has great taste and knew exactly what she wanted. She is very sweet. She is ecstatic to marry Evan."
Rumor has it the bride looked every bit the "natural princess," and that although the wedding was intimate, it was also packed with emotion. "The vows were beautiful," a source shared with E! News, adding that both the bride and groom had tears in their eyes during the exchange. "Everything was done elegantly." Details also included a rustic chic theme with farmhouse-style tables and pale pink garden roses. Sounds like a celebration fit for a princess to us!
The couple, who have been engaged since last June, first shared their big news with exactly the kind of announcement one might expect from a Snapchat CEO and his fiancée: a Snapchat story. Kerr shared a close-up of her round cut diamond engagement ring alongside a custom filter that included the couple's personalized Bitmojis and the words, "Marry me!"
The model has also opened up about her feelings for her now-husband, sharing some of the reasons she's crazy about him. "He's just a really kind person and very genuine and very authentic and I really appreciate that about him," Kerr explained. She also admitted the pair have one important thing in common: they're both homebodies. Talk about a match made in heaven!
