The already super-fit Pippa is amping up her workout routine.
Royal watchers know that bride-to-be Pippa Middleton has always cared about staying in shape. She famously made waves at Duchess Kate and Prince William's wedding, wowing guests and worldwide audiences as followed her sister down the aisle wearing a figure-hugging white gown. So it should come as little surprise that the naturally athletic Middleton has been amping up her workouts for her own May 20, 2017, wedding to James Matthews.
E! News reports that Middleton has been getting wedding-ready thanks to classes at KX Gym, an exclusive fitness center and private club in Chelsea. Her workout of choice? An hour-and-fifteen-minute Pilates class. "She exited happy and smiling," a source told E! News. While the lengthy strength-based class might sound grueling to some, it was likely a breeze for Middleton, who is no stranger to hard workouts. Last year, she climbed the Swiss Alps for charity, completing a 33-mile course in just under six hours. She's also signed up for Switzerland's Inferno race and Norway's Birkenbeiner Ski Race.
But she doesn't rely on workouts alone to keep her incredible figure. The 33-year-old loves Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten's SirtFood Diet, which incorporates metabolism-boosting foods into your regular diet to help your body burn fat.
