Justin Timberlake Just Revealed His and Jessica Biel's First Dance Song
The performance, on the couple's fifth wedding anniversary, will have you reaching for the tissues.
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary yesterday, which obviously called for celebration. For Timberlake, the occasion also called for a serenade. The singer belted out the couple's first dance song on Instagram to mark the milestone anniversary.
The video captured Timberlake in his studio, putting his own spin on Leon Russell's 1970 ballad "A Song For You." The combination of the live piano in the background and the singer's incredible voice will give you chills-but his sweet message to his wife is where it gets really emotional. "Today is even more special for me because five years ago, on this day, I became the luckiest man in the world when I exchanged vows with my best friend. This song was our first dance," he captioned the video.
"To my beautiful @jessicabiel: You have taught me so much about what a true love means. I can't put into words what these last five years have meant to me, so, 'Listen to the melody 'cause my love is in there hiding,'" he concluded, quoting the song's lyrics. It's a moving tribute, and Biel was obviously touched. She quickly reposted her husband's post on her own Instagram account. "My tender heart is yours, now until forever," she wrote.
Timberlake may have gone the emotional route to celebrate the special day, but Biel brought the humor. The Sinner actress shared a video of she and her husband trying on a silly Snapchat filter and dancing in the backseat of a car. At first, Timberlake looked completely over his wife's antics, but he quickly got on board. "How lucky am I? Even if he's initially skeptical, he always gets extra for me," she wrote. Timberlake and Biel married in Italy in 2012 and share a two-year-old son, Silas.
