Ryan Reynolds Admits That Jake Gyllenhaal Might Be a Better Cook Than Blake Lively
Someone is in the doghouse.
Ryan Reynolds just got himself in big trouble with wife Blake Lively. While promoting his new movie Life on this morning's episode of Good Morning America, the actor talked about his friendship with co-star Jake Gyllenhaal. While joking that some actors don't stay friends after filming ends, Ryan shared that he and his big screen pal actually hang out all the time. So often, in fact, that Ryan said Jake is a better cook than Blake.
"Blake, my wife, is very good at cooking," he said. "And Jake might be just a little bit better. He can throw down. It gets very competitive between those two." Knowing that Blake is an avid cook and baker (just see what she did for her own wedding!), there's no way this comment is going over well in the Reynolds household. When Michael Strahan said that Ryan probably shouldn't have made that comment, the actor responded, "I'm moving out at the end of the month, actually I'm moving out right now, under this desk. I'm already making plans." At least he knows!
Last time Ryan had a case of foot-in-mouth disease he accidentally told the public the sex of the couple's second child. But at least he apologized in the sweetest way: By returning home with his wife's favorite Levian bakery cookies and a glass of ice-cold milk. Now we're left to wonder what he'll do this time to make it up to his wife. Your call, Ryan!
