Adam Levine Gets a Tattoo in Honor of Wife Behati Prinsloo
Two words, eight letters.
Adam Levine isn't shy to getting inked-the Maroon 5singer has tons of tattoos. But romantics are sure to love his latest addition, which shines a light on his marriage to Behati Prinsloo.
The artist announced his new tats on Instagram with a cheeky photograph of what appears to be him and Prinsloo. The photograph depicts the words "TRUE LOVE" on his fingers, and the 'gram reads "it's worth holding onto." The caption cheekily references the image Levine shared, which shows his newly-tattooed hands holding onto Prinsloo's(?) bottom.
Not long after, the model shared her own Instagram, showing off the fresh ink with a different snapshot. Based on her caption, which reads "The truest," she's in full approval of her hubby's body art.
Levine may love tats, but that doesn't mean he wants to pass his interest on. The coach for The Voice recently told Entertainment Tonight that he hopes his ink makes them unappealing to daughter Dusty. "That's why I had them," he told the outlet. "I got them so she wouldn't think they were cool, and she wouldn't want them. See, it was reverse psychology."
Jokes aside, this gesture is seriously sweet, especially with how happy it seems to make Prinsloo. After almost three years of marriage, it's about time the tattoo-enthusiast put their love in ink!
