Writing your own wedding vows is a great way to personalize your ceremony, but it can be a difficult task for some. Not for this groom: Musician Alfonso Wells, or Fonzo W, stole the show at his wedding ceremony by simply speaking from the heart-oh, and in poem form-to his now-wife Nicole.

The video, which was posted on Wells' Facebook page, has over 400,000 views already. Once you watch, you'll know why everyone is talking about it.

In his speech, he told his guests about the first time he met Nicole, back in 1998 in grade school, and knew she was the one from that moment on. "I was that fat little boy who used to sit next to her in class," he said. "And since adolescence my heart has been running."

Wells told Huffington Post that he wrote the vows during the week leading up to the big day. "When I was at work I would think of lines and then record it in my phone, or I would write down lines in my notepad when I thought of it," he said.

Though the two didn't start dating until 2013, he confessed that he knew from day one that she would be his bride one day, whether their teacher would like it or not.
He ended his vows beautifully: "So now we can look back and laugh about the past. And that teacher, she didn't know what she was talking about. My first crush will become my last." Heart melted.
