A Rustic Formal Wedding in a Barn in Tennessee
The Happy Couple
Early in their romance, Jennifer and Kevin often found themselves struggling for the right words. "In class, we were only allowed to speak Spanish," says Jenni, a chef, who met Kevin, a history teacher, on a study-abroad program in Spain. They eventually broke through the language barrier, and four years later, at Blackberry Farm in Tennessee, the Atlanta couple expressed their lifelong love and commitment to each other -- this time without any trouble at all.
Here, a swing hanging in the farm's front lawn makes for a beautiful photo op.

Favors include a baseball cap, Jenni's blackberry-thyme jam, and coffee from Kevin's hometown.
The 246 guests nosh on scallops and short ribs amid handpicked wildflowers.
French-grain-sack "lapkins" also serve as the place cards for the head table.
The simple, white, and modern wedding cake was created by Magpies Cakes.
Milk and Cookies
Cookies accompany cold-milk shooters.
Servers wore French-grain-sack aprons to match the decor on the reception tables.
