A Formal Pink-and-Gold Destination Wedding in France
After months of wedding planning, the groom, in Ralph Lauren, and the bride, in Vera Wang, made it official in front of 165 guests at a private club in Paris where her parents have a home (coincidentally, their 1976 nuptials were catered by the "relatively unknown" Martha Stewart).
Here, Hotel Le Bristol, where the bride got ready, overlooks the Eiffel Tower, as does the ceremony site.
A Jewish marriage contract by Stephanie Caplan worked in the day's colors: gold, blue, and green.
The Bridal Party
Lucy, her nine bridesmaids, and the flower girl squeezed in for a pretty shot.
The Ring Bearer
The couple's Yorkie, toted the bands on a pillow secured to his back.
The festivities took place on the club's grounds and lasted well into the evening.
Displays of peonies, ranunculus, and astilbe served as table decor.
Amid decor inspired by the look of Laduree, the French bakery, the couple dined on foie gras, blini, and lamb listed on custom menus.
Ceci New York created all of the event's paper goods including these regal table cards which were named for Old Hollywood movie stars.
The Groom's Cake
The couple served this whimsically-decorated six-tier confection in addition to their wedding cake.
