Go digital when planning your first pre-wedding celebration.
1 of 30
We don't suggest going digital when it comes to your wedding invitation suite, but we're all for paperless options for the engagement party (or other pre-wedding events!). The reason? This particular pre-wedding celebration is often impromptu and unplanned, which means the hosts (likely your parents!) won't have time to send out official paper invitations. Going digital also has its benefits. Not only will you save money (so many are free or low-cost!), but you'll also have a much easier time keeping track of the guest list and RSVPs. And hey, we haven't even gotten to the environmental benefits yet!
So why don't we advise using email invites for more formal events, like the rehearsal dinner and the actual wedding day, but do for this pre-wedding event? Believe us, you'll want those wedding-day paper goods as keepsakes years down the road. Digital e-vites just don't have that type of longevity! But as you're planning your first pre-nuptial event, you'll understand why paperless invites work so well here. Mailing out formalized, hand-calligraphed cards to ask guests to join you for a backyard BBQ or a beach gathering will feel a little off-theme.
Here, you'll find a round-up of our favorite engagement party e-vites currently available. From confetti-covered offerings to bold floral patterns and sleek and minimal designs, there's a paperless invite here for any type of couple, regardless of their personal style. Whether you plan on toasting the engaged duo in the backyard, at a formal banquet hall, or in a romantic garden, we've found a paperless option that'll work for the event you've envisioned. Click through to discover all of these creations that are just a click and an email away.
