The "Property Brothers" Are Doing the Sweetest Thing for Their Parents' 50th Anniversary
It's confirmed: the Property Brothers stars Jonathan and Drew Scott are complete and total romantics. Need a little extra proof? The twin brothers are officially planning to fly their parents to Scotland to renew their wedding vows for their 50th anniversary. Does it get any more adorable than that?
Jonathan announced the news during a Facebook Live stream, and explained the brothers' decision along the way. "They had originally eloped," he shared. "So they never had a real wedding. So after 50 years of marriage, this August we're going to Scotland and we're going to renew their vows."

According to People, the brothers' dad, Jim, is a retired actor and director who moved from Scotland to Canada as a teen. It was then he met and ultimately married their mom, Joanne, a paralegal. The couple currently resides part time in the family compound Drew and Jonathan built in Las Vegas, and we can't wait to see the whole gang head overseas for the big renewal later this summer!
It's definitely clear the entire Scott family shares some romantic inclinations. Drew just got engaged to his fiancée Linda Phan last December, and the proposal included a meal at a Toronto bistro, a professional recording of him singing "Marry Me" by Train, and a Dr. Seuss-themed cake. But as for when the next generation of Scotts will tie the knot, the details are still up in the air. "They haven't set a date yet, but I know that they're really prepping," Jonathan shared of the couple's upcoming celebration. "I think Drew is one of those guys who's had his wedding planning since he was a kid. I know it'll be great."
