We already knew Netflix is a major player in modern relationships. What we didn't know is that what you're watching could be just as influential. Complex reports that Netflix released a study showing the link between your streaming habits and your relationship status.

To gather data, the company asked 1,008 American users between the ages of 18 and 39 if their Netflixing had improved or worsened their relationships. It turns out, comedy is the most attractive genre to a potential love interest, so if you want to heat things up this Valentine's Day, skip the depressing dramas and keep your queue lighthearted. We'd recommend The Office, Parks and Recreation, and Arrested Development.
